- 9:00 AM: Opening and coffee time.
- 10:00 AM: The first of two sessions begins, with attendees divided into 10 groups of 4 people each for focused discussions.
- 12:00 PM: Lunch break to refuel and network informally.
- 1:00 PM: Start of the second session; participants will regroup for fresh discussions and perspectives.
- 3:00 PM: Wrap up the second session, followed by an hour of free networking, allowing you to connect with other attendees.
- 4:00 PM: Official end of the networking session.
- 7:00 PM: Close the day with a mastermind dinner, a perfect opportunity for deeper engagement and building lasting connections.

We will provide white papers and pens for note-taking. Most importantly, come prepared with a clear idea of the challenges you face in your business that you’d like input on.
You’ll be in good company with online marketers, business owners, and entrepreneurs from various industries—all looking to tackle their challenges and share their expertise.
The dress code is business casual. Feel comfortable but professional. Keep in mind that the end of June in Varna can be quite warm.
Meals will not be provided, but we will have a break for lunch. There are plenty of lunch options nearby, catering to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences.
